The culture of consumerism
* iPhone 6s Plus/HP Laptop
* Because I plain out just wanted an iPhone and felt like it was something I needed but in this case it isn't true. I also wanted it because of it's features.
* I feel like this fits under both categories because I felt like I needed it because I was going to be starting school soon and also I thought it would be easier than just doing assignment and work on my phone, but that's where the "want" comes in because of me looking for a way to get things done conveniently. Rather than it being done under my inconvenience I "wanted" it.

* Notebooks/Pen/Binder/Calculator/Pencil/Book-bag
* Need/Need/Need/Need/Need/Need
* Notebook- I need this for educational purposes because I need something to take my notes on and it would be merely impossible for me to remember everything that I've learned without a notebook. The conveniences of this item is that it allows me to go back to references that I've made and it grants me the advantage of remembering things I might have forgotten and also it is very important not only because of this but because if I didn't have this what else would I write on? A scenario that would lead to me needing this item would be if I was in a classroom and the Professor wanted me to submit an assignment not electronically but in the form of note paper and I can't even imagine failing an assignment because I don't have access to something ordinary as paper.
* Pen- I need Pen's because some documentation requires me to sign in pen for assurance purposes. Also some professors may be strict to a discrete. Meaning I would have to use a pen if that was the case.
* Binder- A binder is very important because it keeps my course materials organized and I wouldn't be as organized with my things if it wasn't for a binder.
* Calculator- I really think this important, not only in math classes but in an everyday life because not only is it a "Time-Space Compression" but it is essential for people who aren't that great with calculation and math in general. I got it to make life a little easier.
* Pencil- I consider this a need because not like a pen I could easily erase my mistakes from paper work, notes, etc... not saying I don't need both.
* Book bag- this is a need because it is an easier way for me to carry my school supplies and I don't think I would be able to carry my things throughout the course of the day if not for a book bag.

These are a need because they are my main source of shirts and they aren't that expensive.
* pants/jeans/shorts:$50,$30,$25, Need
I Need these items because I don't thing it would be appropriate for me to walk around with no form of pants on.
* Jackets/coats/hoodies: $30, $50,$30
These are essential needs because the seasons change and it gets cold outside. I wouldn't want to freeze to death when it's below 0 degrees outside. Because I don't think we humans are meant to withstand the harsh winter weather. And the only solution would be to wear these items to reduce or prevent that from happening.
Not saying I don't need shoes but the types I have are wants because they serve no significance to me. They are only for fashion.

* Food/ snacks: Need/want, Price:--
I need food because it my source of fueling myself and I wouldn't be able to survive without it but I only need it to a certain extent.
* snacks aren't really needed for me to survive, they are just things I consume out of my own desire.

After asking myself what I needed in order for me to feel like an "average college student" I realized that most of the things were very much liabilities, in other words, something's that I listed where "financial-disadvantages" and just plain "Wants". I still insisted on getting them because I felt like I could afford them at the time.
