If it’s edible and you’re full , convince the girl in the corner who looks like she’s starving to have it. Tell her she’s goddamn beautiful and repeat it until she smiles. VII. If he doesn’t call you after your first argument, he won’t call you after your last. If his arms are slack when you make up, he hasn’t let it go. If he can’t look you in the eye when he says he loves you, he’s lying. And if he watches you walk away with tears in your eyes, he’s not the one. VIII. Your mother went through nine months of hell for you and prepared herself to go through another eighteen years of it. She does not deserve your impatience because some boy did not notice you at school. IX. Your emotions may not make sense and sometimes you will be irrational, but they will always be valid. You are allowed to cry if you are hurt. You are allowed to find bad jokes funny. And you are allowed to scream if you want to, but it is better to laugh. X. You are not perfect but that does not give other people the right to use it against you. Stop apologizing for everything. It will not make you more likable. Take responsibility for yourself and demand respect, not compliments. XI. No one can tell you the meaning of life. Happy people are the ones who have found their own meaning.

Read that book, wake up early in the morning and go for that run to start off your day. Buy the nicest underwear and wear it to boost your mood. Eat as clean as possible because you’ll feel so much better but treat yourself as well. Be kind to everyone. Go out to a cafe and watch people walk by as you sip your coffee. Compliment that stranger! Start a conversation with that person on the bus. Read a book about food, about astronomy, learn a new language. Watch the sunrise. Get away for a weekend. Introduce yourself. Do yoga and go on a hike. Lay on the beach under the stars and have a danm with your best friend. Dance around and sing at the top of yours lungs at that festival. Life is meant to be lived, not controlled.

To be patient is to be a morally good person, to avoid anger, and to not rush life, but allow things to happen the way He has willed. As a result, you gain a reward greater than you can imagine or measure.

Lelaki yang tenang itu, adalah lelaki yg menjaga solatnya. 34 kali sujud dalam sehari, adalah titik ketenangan. Sebab itu wanita yg tak boleh solat, emosinya tidak stabil. Sebab tak dapat 34 kali sujud setiap hari dia ‘cuti’. Solat 5 waktu = 34 kali sujud Jumlah sujud ini, cukup untuk beri ketenangan. Jadi terjaga solat, terjagalah ketenangan. InsyaAllah.. Menjaga solat bukan saja solat 5 waktu, tapi solat di awal waktu. Sujud yg dapat pada awal waktu, itu yg menyumbang pada ketenangan. Ustaz ada cakap, lelaki yg slalu panas baran, barangkali puncanya adalah dari solat yg tidak dijaga. Jadi resipi ketenangan, adalah solat cukup 5 waktu, dan solat pada awal waktu juga. Wahuallam..

  Jangan melewat-lewatkan solat,

peringatan dan nasihat buat diri sendiri dan semua.
