Today I choose life. After spending most of my afternoon in my pajamas not sure if I wanted to even take on today I decided to try the challenge "falling in love with yoga". Today's theme was beautiful. Today I felt anything but beautiful let alone strong to get into a pose. But i didn't let my self talk get in the way. I got dressed grabbed my dog and took a walk to my cousins house. I decided to have my 8 year old cousin take me on an adventure to find the best place to take a picture of me doing yoga. As I wandered with him I saw how light his heart was and how excited he was. My insides slowly started to relax and I decided to join in and embrace my inner child and enjoy the beauty of fall. He found all these "secret" places we could take pictures by. He would tell me where to do my pose and take pictures. He made me feel beautiful and as I stood there in tree pose I felt my inner goddess coming out. Even though I felt like my world was crashing around me I could stand there and be strong and feel beautiful. #yoga #fallinginlovewithyoga
