Half the names on the list had already been crossed off.

This case was no different from those they had already dealt with in the past - at least it seemed that way. However, Sebastian felt as though there was more to it than one might believe at first glance. Certainly they weren’t he only ones looking for this particular culprit, and one could only guess what would happen if he got an interest in this person, as well.

Putting the list back into the pocket of his coat before it got too wet, Sebastian looked up into the grey, cloudy sky for just a moment. November in England was chilly and rain-swept. Soon, the first snowflakes would fall from the sky.

He should return back to the manor.

There would be no new findings this day and it was getting late. He would have to make sure to serve dinner on time, after all.
