Hi! I share with you a crossover fic between Akuma no Riddle and Danganronpa I wrote. The fanfiction is technically finished, with overall 51 chapters, but I posted bonus chapters (for unused executions and alternate class trials).
There’s a sequel named Dangan Riddle that’s also completed, with 12 chapters, and I’m currently working on a prequel (Refutation Story of Devil). All three fics are one the same account, as well as on AO3.
Class Black’s true purpose
I’ve been thinking about that, but what if Yuri’s true purpose with Class Black was not only to test Haru, but also to create yuri couples of assassins? Like all of this was matchmaking for her. It may sounds dumb, but it’s the feeling I’ve got with the ending and the official doujins. I can’t help but imagine it like that:
Nio: So those will be the assassins competing in this Class Black. What about the roommates’s configuration.
Yuri: After studying each of them’s personality, interests, qualities, values and flaws, I’ve come up with the best plausible relationships.
Nio: Relationships?
Yuri: I mean, combination. First, Inukai Isuke and Sagae Haruki. Both of them were initially poor, but Inukai-san is now in a wealthy environnment, This similarity yet differencies is interesting. Both of them seem to have important family values, yet their personality are polar opposite. They can fit both opposite attract and birds of a feather flock together. Really, they could make a great couple.
Nio:…what?
Yuri: Next are…oh, Sumireko-san. I know her since she’s a child. She had particular tastes, she likes those who are strong, broken, and a little bit insane. I’ve the perfect partner for her. Banba Mahiru. Yes, they are a great match.
Nio: Uh?
Yuri: Then, there is…Shuto Suzu and Kaminaga Kouko. Both are the intellectual type, yet Shuto-san is more the wise type and Kaminaga-san the studious one. Both of them could be a good team. Oh, and they both are specialist in bomb. Even better, it must be fate. Shuto-san is also an old aquaintance of me, so I’m sure Kaminaga-san would be to her liking. And the latter seem to have a preference for older women, how conveniente.
Nio: I…I’m not even sure anymore what this is all about.
Yuri: Oh, there’s that girl that keeps trying to hack us. Such determination! Even if she isn’t an assassin, I still accept her, to keep an eye on her. Kenmochi Shiena. It seems that a member of her group was killed by Takechi Otoya. Let’s put them in the same room, it could be interesting to see how this normal girl deal with a notorious serial killer. Since she doesn’t seem to be Takechi-san’s usual type of victim, it should be fine. Who knows, mayb love will bloom between those two.
Nio: …love?
Yuri: Next is…Angel Trumpet, Kirigaya Hitsugi. And Namatame Chitaru’s who’s targeting Angel Trumpet. Let’s make them roommates and see how it goes. I’m curious to see if they could get along before the truth would be reveal.
Nio: That’s…really messed up. Anyway, what about Azuma Tokaku? I suggest that you make us roommate so the target would be alone in her room, otherwise it woukd be given a unfair advantage…
Yuri: No, I’ll make Azuma Tokaku and Ichinose Haru roomates.
Nio: Why!?
Yuri: Azuma-san is a virgin assassin, I doubt she would do anything to Haru-chan. It would be a good way for Haru-chan to test her ability. I’m sure Azuma-san will end up protecting her. I’m sure that both of them…will have a lot of shipping moment.
Nio: Shipping? What are you talking about? Those will participate in a ruthless killing game, not some kind of flirting game! And what about me? I’ll be the one alone or…?
Yuri:…*pull out a crop*
Yuri: Nio-san, I’ll be waiting for you in my bedroom tonight. I’ll show you what is “about you” ~

Sumireko X Banba from Akuma no Riddle. Sumireko would definitly killed someone who’s threatening Banba’s life, and Banba would probably do the same. The fact they both had already killed in the past confirm my suspicion.
Hi! This is a new AnR fic, a serie of one-shots about each ship’s first time! So obviously it’s smut. For the moment I only did the TokaHaru’s one, but I intend to do the other ships too! Don’t hesitate to share with me your thought about it ^^
Some old drawings I made (in 2014 or 2015) of some Akuma no Riddle’s characters, based on their character design from the anime. I tried to replicate it myself with a picture as a model, this is how I used to develop my drawing skills. And a draw of Haruki with a Myojo school uniform.

Hi! This is a strange drawing of Yuri Meichi I found a long time ago. I don’t know if it’s an official one, but it do look like a concept design. According to that, the chairwoman is 168-170 cm (I guess 168cm + 2cm from her heels), and then there’s the number 30. The kanji next to 30 looks like 歳, which means age. So perhaps it’s saying that she’s 30 years old. (Nio’s half her age uh…)
What do you guys think about it? Can someone confirm if it’s an official drawing or not?

General Opinion: I don’t really ship them romantically, but I do think they could get along pretty well. And in an all-girls school, they would definitely be the “yaoi” ship the girls would ship xD (Pretty sure it was the purpose of this ship, since Kouga Yun is mainly a yaoi writer).

General Opinion: They were my OTP in the AnR anime, but with the manga, that ship felt more dark and somewhat unhealthy (especially considering the official doujins). Hitsugi do loves Chitaru, but Chitaru’s feeling seems confused. I’ve the feeling this couple would probably be miserable together (well, they are supposed to be a tragic couple after all), but maybe if they work on their issues they could be happy together.

Hello everyone! So back in 2014-2015, there was that really badly English written OtoShie fanfic called “The bully and the bullied”, which I must admit with some shame to be the author. I reread it and come to the conclusion “damn, I still somewhat like the story, but I could do better!”. This is how the remake/reboot Bully & Bullied came to life. I remade the beginning of the fanfic, added new chapters, and redo some of the old chapters, with the goal of focusing more on the relationship between Otoya and Shiena.

Akuma no Riddle: Manga vs Anime comparaison
Hello everyone! I decided to start a new concept of post: The differences between the AnR manga and AnR anime, as well as my opinion on the matter. Let’s start with an easy one: The bullying scene between Otoya and Mahiru.
So in that scene, Otoya and Mahiru talk about the strap Haru gave them, blablabla, Otoya telling that only the two of them truly understand it values, before proceeding to steal Mahiru’s strap and bullying her. Sumireko then intervene and get back the strap and give it back to Mahiru, thus protecting her from Otoya.
Tho in the anime, Otoya and Mahiru simply talked about the straps and how “similar” they are, Otoya showed her her strap and before she could do anything, they got interrupted, thus no bullying scene at all.
My opinion: It’s a shame that the anime version didn’t adapt the full scene. It was the first SumiBanba moment in AnR, and it’s not like it was such a long scene either.And it gives some good quality to Sumireko, who protect the weak against a bully (and it can’t only be because she loves Banba, we’re still at the beginning of the story, so we can assume Sumireko is the kind of person who would protect someone who’s attack by someone stronger. Let’s keep that for a potential Sumireko analyse).
I felt like the anime only focus on the TokaHaru relationship and pretty much ignored all the other pairings (except ChitaHitsu, but those two couldn’t be ignored, their relationship was necessary for the fourth assassination attempt). Even if I did like the anime, when it comes to the characters and relationships developpment (and the YURI), the manga is by far superior.
Don’t hesitate to tell me know what you think, and also share with me some other anime/manga difference you’d want me to cover.
