ah thank you! and yeah I have no problem sharing my ideas hehe, I'm actually currently working on Gangle's design rn! my plan is for her to be a well known theater director and playwright, she does Kabuki theater and has multiple masks she switches out based on Kabuki theater masks :) !! the kitsune mask is her default

Kinger I'm still figuring out design wise, but he's the king of the Digital Kingdom (that one feels a little boring in comparison,,)

ngl, I struggled hard with Zooble's design,,, they're the Undertaker of the kingdom so I decided a skeletal plague doctor vibe would be really cool.. but then I realized I had to draw a skeleton 😭

But!! it ended up turning out really cool, so points for me lmao

hey, I meant to answer this sooner but I went into a deep slumber when I got off work 😭 and yes! the Kingdom AU is like this nebulous vaguely medieval setting so any art I post of it will be medieval-ish, especially the pre-story art of Pomni and Gummigoo up until he stops visiting the kingdom (to become ungovernable lol)

double feature???? yeah that's right Gummigoo is here too, I don't make the rules (I do actually). anyway I finished both of these around the same time so I figured I'd just post them together. Ragatha took the longest so in the middle of working on her I started Gummi lol. I think of all the designs so far, Ragatha deviates the most from the OG designs. These were both really fun to work on! Gave Gummigoo pants.. cuz idk he didn't feel too different with just the hat and bandana so I thought he needed smth more lmao

and then I had extra space in the corner so I just.. stuck a halfassed doodle of Gummigoo there and I couldn't stop giggling at him so he stays 💀

ok, so backstory time since I couldn't stop thinking about it. the brainrot has gotten to me lol

the day Pomni and Gummigoo met in the Digital Kingdom

Ten years prior to the events in the AU, Gummigoo had been traversing the streets as a visiting noble from the Candy Kingdom. I'm not certain of his age but I like to headcanon him as a couple of years younger than Pomni, so he's about 13 here while Pomni is 15. At this point in time, Pomni was somewhat of a poor street urchin. She happened upon a group of thugs ganging up on Gummi trying to rob him of any valuables, and being the scrappy street rat she is, she beat the crap out of them in the most slapstick of ways. Gummigoo was very grateful and felt in debt to her ever since, they formed a very fast friendship from this moment forward (and maaayybe some unrequited feelings)

Now Caine had witnessed the whole kerfuffle and was quite amused by her antics and impressed by her quick wit in a fight, and being Royal Advisor he saw fit to make her the Court Jester immediately. And so she's been living at the castle ever since. Gummi would visit the kingdom every once in awhile, but one day he stopped showing up and they haven't seen each other in years, which brings us to the present day. How did a sweet noble boy become the most notorious criminal in all the neighboring kingdoms? ...not sure yet still getting there lmao

also apologies if this looks awful, I'm not much of a scene illustrator, I'd love to make comics in general some day but I'm a total comic making noob, so this is the best I can do for now 😭

idk if anyone ever reads my random posts, i've never really gotten any notes on them but i just need to say it somewhere. hopefully it'll help me get some feelings out

my cat Remy, my baby boy, passed away yesterday morning. he wasn't an old cat, he was actually quite young. he had been sick on and off for awhile, but this week he deteriorated rapidly. the vet said it was probably something he had from birth, something congenital. my dad messaged me at work towards the end of my shift that he and my stepmom were taking him to the vet, and when they returned i was told it was kidney failure. the vet didn't think he'd make it through the night

but he did, the little guy was a tough one, he fought til the end. they prescribed him something to relax him, but he fought it off cuz he didn't want to sleep, he was always stubborn

i keep thinking that i've already cried all the tears i have but then the grief just hits me again out of nowhere. idk what i'll do without him, he was my little guy. i was his person, he always hung around me a majority of the time. it feels like i'm missing a part of me

i don't think i've ever really talked about him on here since i mainly just kinda lurk on this site but i wanna share my favorite picture of him

this was him at his healthiest, the most cat cat to ever cat. i'm gonna miss him so much. but i know he's in a better place now, no longer suffering
