all i know is that it was really ridic for that dj to have been circulating for so long without a scanlation or even a summary translation >( not on my watch!!!! note it took me like over a year of naberrying to commit to doing it myself heeeeyo

i'm imagining "elaborate shrugging" to include some sort of choreography, possibly to the tune of the 1812 overture, at the height of which your shoulders are surrounded by shoujo sparkles

it is a gesture that begins life as an ordinary shrug but eventually blossoms into a majestic butterfly/shrug/butterfly-shrug thing (shruggerfly??? ok) that involves shaking hands in the air like one just does not care. the musical accompaniment is a 'meh' crescendo.
