PART A: CHILDHOOD (From birth to age 12)

1. What is your full name? Who named you? Do you like it? Alan Anthony Ashby. My parents named me. I suppose I like it, it's not weird or fucked up like some other peoples. 2. Who did you share a residence with growing up? I lived at home with my parents. I'm an only childdddd. 3. Which social class did you belong to? I didn't really belong to one I guess. I was just a kid who liked guitar and comics. Never had to complain about bullies though. Suprising since I was so little and ginger. 4. What is your first memory? My first guitar which essentially was just plastic and I was 5. But I jammed so hard. 5. What was your favorite toy? As above. 6. What was your favorite game? I was the man at jump rope. 7. Any non-family member adults stick out in your mind? Who were they, and how did you know them? Why do they stick out? Mom and Dad's best friend, Aunty June. She was the best and baby sat me a lot when my parents were away. I remember she had a big as fuck pool that she taught me to swim in. 8. Who were the most significant people in your life (non related)? I think there was no person more important to me than my guitar teacher. He taught me how to be a better person, and even though it didn't entirely work.. he helped me become the god I am today. 9. What is your best/worst childhood memory? The last day of middle school. For best and for worst. 10. How would you describe your childhood in general? Good. For the most part. Not particularly eventful but good none the less. Apart from.. you know.

PART B. TEENAGEHOOD (From age 13 to 17)

1. How old were you when you went on your first date? thirteen. 2. It is common for one’s view of authority to develop in their adolescent years. What is your view of authority, and what event most affected it? I gave two shits about authority and still do. 3. What were you like in high school? What “clique" did you best fit in with? I spent all my days in the music room and barely went to class. I had a small group of friends who would just get high with me behind the bike garage and we'd go make up insane riffs. 4. What were your high school goals? To be tatted and to be in a band. Sup. 5. Who was your idol when you were growing up? Who did you first fantasize about in your life? Metallica. God fucking damn it what an asshole. 6. What is your favorite/worst memory from adolescence? One time I got the greens and black out in my friends bathroom, woke up because I nearly choked on my own vomit. 7. Did you experiment? What were you curious about? I didn't experiment with anything other than party pills. I'm a good kid. 8. Who was most important/significant to you during this time (non-related)? My best friend, Tino. Not to be confused with Tino in our band now. We had a threesome once. Nah. But we did get drunk a lot. He was probably my best and worst influence. 9. 1. What do you consider the most important event of your life so far? Joining Of Mice & Men. 2. Who has had the most influence on you? Machine Gun Kelly and Corey Taylor. 3. What do you consider your greatest achievement? Playing Warped tour. I always wanted to be that guy on stage. And now I am. 4. What is your greatest regret? The Harley project. 5. What is the most evil thing you have ever done? Used a girl and had sex with her for weed. 6. Do you have a criminal record of any kind? Just public disturbance. 7. When was the time you were the most frightened? When I was drunk in a jail cell. 8. What is the most embarrassing thing ever to happen to you? Ah. 9.
