Taurus x Aquarius

These two fixed signs go well together like revolution and status quo. When we ask you to describe our chart, does it matter if we put or don't put "retrograde" & etc, for some of our placements? Does it help to put those for a better and more descriptive reading?

It does help to tell me, for the right placements! I’d say, only specify the retrograde for personal planets [Mercury, Venus, Mars] and, in the case of generational planets, only if they’re dominants in the chart [Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto]. Here the instructions about how to find your dominants.

What part of the natal chart shows how good your intuition/instincts are? Which placements best has these things?

It depends on what field we apply them.Moon signs are what I’d check first for the quality of instincts and intuitions, it’s their traditional domain; Mercury signs are about reasoning, learning and communications and with the right placement they also influence this side; the right Venus sign can make you socially smart, while some Mars signs can make you very sharp once you fully commit to do something; also a dominant Uranus in a chart can give you the stuff of geniuses.So in short it’s more of a coral thing than a specific one.
