first off: how to get your hair as white as possible
- lighten with bleach 2x max to get it to the lightest yellow possible. use bleach powder and creams. clarify hair and then apply to damp hair. use heat (hair dryer) to get bleach to process
- tone to neutralize yellow. use pastel purple shampoo OR highly pigmented purple shampoo to neutralize. apply toner or shampoo and sit for 5 mins to avoid turning lavender!
- maintain with toner. yellow tones will reappear as toner washes out!
- deep condition
how to get pale skin
well, for one thing, use heavy SPF (even if staying inside all day) and stay inside as much as possible.
you can use skin bleach, but beware the effects. some effects (though not always and for every product) include mercury toxicity, Exogenous Ochronosis, dermatitis/irritation, steroid responses, sun sensitivity, etc
