½ oz dark rum 1 oz orange curacao 1 egg yolk Shake hard with cracked ice and strain into large saucer champagne glass.

If Monday was tough and Tuesday isn't looking so good how about planning what cocktail you're going to make tonight when you get home. Here is one we highly recommend after a long day.

Athol Brose No.1 (Scotland)   1 oz Scotch 1 oz honey 1 oz cream Mix well, warm slightly to make smooth. Then cool and sample, or heat and sample while still hot, to insure a mix to taste. Drink cold. Never boil cream or milk in a Brose. “Milk boiled is milk spoiled,” runs the Scottish proverb.
