Nah it was probably my "woke brainwashed IDpol" posts about being trans. Idk where the line goes for you. What is "too much" and "wrong"? Can't joke about cis people because thats offensive now. You never show examples of what exactly you're so bothered by that these big artists you mentioned on your story apparently are doing. Or at least i haven't seen anything. So i think you should start posting comics about it or make that youtube channel or whatever if that makes you happy. I think it's common sense by now that gays can be evil but idk

And I don’t want to explicitly name my trauma for hundreds of people because that is private information people like you will use to hurt me more. It is still extremely triggering for me and I am still in therapy for CPTSD so I am not ready to discuss it explicitly. I am against anything that hurts or excludes or dehumanizes someone based on their identity, and against any institution that denies peoples experience or existence on ideological grounds. Those are my principles. If you dont like it you can just block me. This is not something to harass someone over so please leave me alone. Im sorry if you liked my art and then found out I’m not 100% okay with everything people the left do, but I’m not going to revert back to my old politics just because a stranger is attacking me online. Like I said I have no idea who you are, and if I unfollowed you it wasn’t personal. I didn’t know people kept such close track of mutuals because to me they are just strangers. I wonder what the really bad thing you did to develop this victim complex was. And if you removed me as a mutual on instagram for posting about being lgbt sometimes or if the flag in my bio was enough. Please make beware posts about what artists are brainwashed so we can all unfollow them. Make reels and posts and highlights about us Alexi, we must be called out.

I don’t remember who you are but I removed a lot of people just due to content that is triggering for me personally, nothing to do with your identity. I am allowed to remove people from my followers or unfollow people, and I don’t know why that would be taken as such an offense. I can recognize the difference between when things are truly harmful to society and when they are neutral but triggering some specific trauma memory or symptom, but I remove both of these for my own mental health. Also I don’t make callout posts and I’m not sure where that came from. I’m also gay and transgender so it is strange you are assuming I am against people who are lgbt. I know being lgbt is hard right now and we are always on guard for transphobia and homophobia, but I think your anger is misdirected.

I think when people assume their in-group can do no harm they think anyone who does experience harm from said group must have done something wrong. Honestly the most “really bad” thing I’ve done was repost hostile and misleading identity politics posts online, and I regret that and want to make it right by being thoughtful about what I believe instead of following what I’m told. It’s just really disorienting that people see someone in pain and think they did something to deserve it, and even more disorienting when I remember I was that person a few years ago. I understand everyone is up in arms due to polarization and political hostility but this is kind of excessive.

I think I guessed right in thinking you were someone to remove as a mutual considering this response, and it makes me worried I haven’t removed enough people. I dont want to be bullied and insulted for sharing my experience about something that has caused me to attempt suicide multiple times. I’m not trying to hurt anybody, I just don’t want others to fall into the trap of tribalism and ideological conformity I was in that both hurt me and contributed to radicalization and hatred on both the left and right. I am still a leftist and a socialist, but if the popular left attacks and exiles anyone who doesn’t fall in line 100%, or anyone who has issues with some of it’s normalized cruelty and institutionalized ideology, they aren’t going to have many people left.

I can tell you have been hurt and I am sorry for that, but I don’t think you need to take it out on me.

Are you planning on watching the Project Hail Mary Movie? Absolutely love the Art you did on the characters before!

Yes I watched it with my family very soon after it came out! And thank you! I liked it, I think it was great for a movie adaptation. Though I can never get invested much in characters in movies, maybe due to the short time? I cared about Grace in the movie because I knew him from the book. Im not sure if I would have cared for him if I had only watched the movie, but I still think the actor did great. Rocky was also super cute I loved seeing him. It’s also weird when one of your favorite books turns into a movie, because then it gets even more popular and you get to see it in another form which is cool, but the catch is it’s a slightly different version of it than the one you originally loved lol. My mom super loves the movie and PHM has been her current favorite book for a while.

I don’t belong to any distinct political group so you don’t have to worry about anything I say being some secret dogwhistle, because I have no one to dogwhistle to. I’m pretty far left in economics/government policy, pro-unity, pro- let people exist how they want, anti- identity hierarchies and the idea that people are defined by their demographic categories or that any label makes someone inherently bad and deserving of discrimination or exclusion or mockery.

I’m more focused on what can actually help individuals and bring people together rather than repeating whatever I’m told is the “correct” position. Because often the social frameworks and terminology and narratives people point to as the ultimate truth are unfalsifiable, have major blindspots, and are more about giving elite academics publicity than being helpful in any way. I used to be an extreme identity politics leftist due to social pressure and the moral traps built into the ideology, then the cognitive dissonance between the reality in front of me and what I was being told broke me out. I no longer support the popular narratives that are pushing both sides to extremes. And this isn’t because I am unaffected. I am being directly targeted by conservative policy and the Trump administration. But responding with more hateful and essentialist ideology only drives people towards the thing you’re fighting.

Though honestly I’m too exhausted to have much of a stance besides being against the things that have caused my severe mental illness and cptsd, which is apparently still an extremely controversial stance to have. Sorry if this doesn’t pass the litmus test.

Matteo (Matt) is from the Vilith caste, where many people have hereditary genetic conditions due to experimentation and exposure to hazardous materials in the past. One common one looks similar to familial multiple lipomatosis. The growths are benign and not painful, but it is often stigmatized as it marks one as being from the lower caste. However in majority-Vilith or progressive communities it is a mark of righteousness and moral authority.
