Someone just asked ‘what is the point’ when a monster bites you so soft they don’t leave a mark.

The point is that you’ve got this huge, monstrous creature, so strong that they could rip you in half, so dangerous that they’ve done it to others without even thinking, and yet here they are, being gentle with you. Teeth that are used to biting through bone merely brush lightly over your skin, claws that could pierce through solid metal drag across your back, and it’s so soft that it tickles. The point is that this thing could kill you in seconds, that’s what it’s always done to people in the past, but it prefers to treat you like the most fragile, precious thing in existence.

Attention people of Tumblr, friends and friends of friends… As much as I don’t want to do this, I’m having to part with my fuzzy boy, Gizmo. Rather than taking him to a shelter, however, I am desperately hoping to find a new home for him.

He’s a friendly, talkative boy who enjoys the outdoors and hanging out. He’s already been fixed and I’ll be getting him up to date on shots.
