I absolutely love what Trigun Stampede did for Meryl. I absolutely ADORE her. She holds all of Vash's ideals but shes so, so human, and YET. And yet. There's so much character growth for Meryl, I can't wait to see her continue to bloom in season two!
So true. Despite learning the truth of what Vash is, she didn't turn away. She didn't fear him. She didn't want to enslave him. She didn't see him only as a plant. No, everything Nai said about humans Meryl did the opposite. She stayed with Vash even after learning the truth. She stayed and treated Vash as person, not a thing to be throwaway.

Based on the trigun requests i had open a while back, cant find the asks anymore lmao, but it was basically a mix of WW teasing Meryl bout her height, Vash picking her up ans Millywood.
This comic always makes me chuckle cos my thought of a timeskip design for WW was to make him more disheveled and open his shirt by like 2 buttons.
Nai loved his mother, he truly did. If not, why would he grace her mercy to escape the ship with them? Why wouldn't he kill her himself, and instead left fate to decide upon her demise?
He loathed the Rem he sees in Luida, the Rem he sees in Meryl, the Rem he sees in Vash; he hates the 'Rem' that was crafted in his mind over the years, haunting him wherever he go. But would he hate the actual Rem had he seen her again?
Nai loved her just as much as he hates her, and he hates that he loved her, just as much as he hates the humanity both his loved ones had chosen over him.
Aizawa notices something is wrong with Midoriya and quickly realizes he is showing all the symptoms of a fledging vampire. It turns out Midoriya is going to die if he doesn’t become a vampire. Midoriya doesn’t want to become a vampire. Bakugou thinks that’s stupid.
