Overeating ≠ B!nging!
Example:
Overeating - eating more than you planned (e.g. 1000+ cal0ries when your limit is 700). Despite any regrets, you were in control over how much you ate and the amount you ate was normal for the amount of time it was consumed it in despite being over the amount of food you intended to eat that day. Overeating can also result in you eating at maintenance or above despite your limit being lower.
B!nging - You felt out of control when eating over your limit; as if you couldnt stop despite how much you wanted to AND the amount of food you ate was disproportionate (not appropriate) for the amount of time it was consumed in, which may result in your total cal0ries being way above maintenance (though they may not be).
Putting this out there since people tend to mix these two up way too much.
