Regulus hadn’t expected the streets to be as crowded as they were at this hour, he hadn’t really been paying attention to what was going on around him, all his focus on the book in his hands as he was sat on the small bench, reading. But it had grown late and he finally started to gather his things while reaching for a cigarette and turned as he stood up quickly, not even noticing as he crashed right into someone. “Shit. Sorry.”
Reading the Daily Prophet was sometimes a fine read, however, today was not one of those days. There should have been more information regarding, really anything, about what was happening in the community, but there was nothing that Alice could find. Unless someone getting their leg stuck in sticky goo for a few days until someone finally figured out a way to get them out was viable material to know, but other than that, it was almost too quiet. Flipping to the next page, Alice hadn’t been paying mind to her surroundings and had barged right into someone as she began reading the first sentence of whatever had been next. “My apologies, that was entirely my fault,” she replied checking if the other person was alright. Even though she was small in stature and physique, didn’t mean it was impossible for her to accidentally harm someone. “Are you okay?”
