I Wanted Spring Rolls | Annica and Alina
Alina would never admit to having cravings, or monthly cramping, but today seemed to be a weak moment. Nothing seemed more appealing than a bucket of orange chicken and spring rolls. It was the only thing on her mind for the last hour she was open. However, she certainly was not going to buy all four servings and eat them herself. If she bought five though, and shared everything, it wouldn't be gluttony.
After picking up the apartment and feeding the cat, her stomach spoke up, forcing her to address the matter of dinner first before even considering what she'd do for the night. As Alina walked by the fridge to grab her phone, she caught glimpse of a recent enough picture of her and Annica and smiled. Perfect. Instead of calling the food first, she dialed Annica. She could have just shown up. Could've, but it wasn't her nature.
"Hey!" she grinned excitedly when the phone picked up. "Are you in the mood for lo mien and chicken?"
