Epilogue Todoroki seems so OOC and I don't think this is explained by "he's older" and "he's healing from his trauma" because as someone who is fairly low affect and has recovered from severe trauma.... It doesn't completely change your personality and level of expressiveness to this extent. And some people are just low affect. People have complained about his character design shift and IMO the change in facial features isn't as jarring as the complete change in demeanor.

Sorry I haven't been on almost at all this past year. I've basically spent the entire past 12 months trying to get SPED services for my 2E kids and it has been hell. As in, things got so bad for my oldest that we're back to homeschooling now and I'm filing a state complaint. 🫠
What is even the POINT if the school can just
- diagnose your child with a moderate impact disability and then refuse to give them eligibility under that diagnosis, probably because that's too much work for the school
- say "everything is fine because she's on grade level" when no, she's in constant distress and she's actually failing a subject and as special education professionals they should have realized she has dysgraphia and I shouldn't have to figure that out myself after staying up until 3am multiple nights in a row combing through the evaluation and researching on my own
- flat out lie in the eligibility meeting. Like blatant, absolute lies that even I, just a mom who knows her children's diagnoses, immediately recognize as untrue
Parents should not have to do months of exhaustive unpaid legal research just to attempt to force the school to do what is LEGALLY REQUIRED
I'm not sure where the turning point was but I'm on chapter 209 and somehow Yona of the Dawn has gone from the best story I've ever read in my life to just...boring. Like "let's watch Yona be super competent and kind and everyone is astounded by how much she's grown." Where is the INTENSITY. Where is HAK BEING FERAL. I feel like I'm reading chapter after chapter of "look how morally superior she is" and it's unbearable.
Smfh I subscribed to Shounen Jump while working on my con talk so I could look at the actual translation because the scanlation I was reading was so awkwardly translated. Only to find out that this was a pirated version of the actual official manga and the translation of MHA is just that shit. Ugh. The dub is actually more tonally accurate. I feel betrayed.

I've been toying with the idea of joining the choir again once I'm able to (my 3yo has level 2 autism so right now that is not happening) and I decided to test my vocal range and apparently I can go from C3 to C6 if I'm warmed up enough????? I hate this so much.
MHA/BNHA can give us tons of uncomfortable fanservice, multiple grown women thirsting after first year students, and character detail pages that discuss girls' thighs (no similar comments on the guys' pages AFAIK), but no actual romantic relationships 🫠🫠🫠🫠
