Xander: I've got 50 bucks.
Everly: hah.
Everly: fuck off
Watching as the girl finally pulled out what she had came here for, the brunette let out an internal sigh of relief. âIâll take it,â she answered without thinking it through. She was desperate and frankly she didnât care about the consequences all too much. âWhat is it?â It wasnât anything she recognized although to be fair her knowledge wasnât all that big to begin with. âThanks, Everly. Really.â Maybe it was the pills but she genuinely grateful for the girl and her service, especially since she kept it on the down low. Â
Everly merely nodded her head, watching the automatic change in Max once she had the pills in her hand. âYeah, just donât mention my name when they find you ODâing in a park.â She said simply and she meant it, sheâd seen this road far too many times now, grown up around it all. âThat little baby is Modafinil,â she added. âSupposed to keep you ripe and going for a solid forty hours straight.â She added, glancing at Max. âJust take it easy with those things okay.â
Annoyed that Everly wasnât giving her a direct answer, Max huffed as she knew the other girl was stringing her along, wanting to see her squirm out of some sadistic amusement. âIâm not getting back on track. Not this time.â And she meant her words. âI need something stronger. Anything as long as it suppresses my thoughts about the dramatics going on.â Adrianâs words of ânothing ever matters in high schoolâ echoed through her head. She was right in some weird way. The drama and social aspect of high school didnât matter and the brunette needed a way to block it all out.Â
Everly was a little shocked at how desperate Max suddenly appeared, she knew the girl liked her little pills but she knew the signs of a junkie in the making and Max was showing all the signs. âIâve got that.â She said simply, walking over to her backpack that was resting beside her and digging into the bag, producing the small bag of pills, pulling out the ones she needed and holding them out for Max. âThese will make you feel nice, docile and like the robot you desire to be.â She said simply. â$200, take it or leave it.â
She had ran out and was in desperate need of a refill. She was fine for now, having resorted to taking whatever she could fine but Max knew that would only satisfy herself for so long. âI need more. And I need it soon,â she replied, cutting to the chase. Her right hand was tapping on her arm, anxiously waiting to hear the other girlâs answer. âMy mindâs derailed and I need to get back on track.â And she needed to find some control in some aspect of her life with Adrian lashing out like a petulant wild child. She just wanted to suppress all her thoughts and feelings about the drama and just focus on her schoolwork and future instead of petty high school drama. Â
It was a high on itâs own seeing Max like this, the small twitches of her body, the desperation across her features and Everly was about the only who could supply her with what she needed. âHmm,â before taking another drag of the joint, finishing it off and throwing it carelessly to the ground, maybe some desperate kid might be able to get a few drags in later if they came looking for it. âSo youâre going to get back on track by taking more of my special gift?â She asked with a small laugh, it was too easy to while the girl up like this. âDid you ever think that maybe thatâs why your mind has derailed?â
Her parents had blown all of this out of proportion. She wasnât âout of controlâ, she could stop partying whenever she wanted! It was just a few lines of coke, no big deal. âDad.. dad! Come on, couldnât you just ground me for a month? I had a vacation planned for next month that I have to cancel and all my friends are going to be dis-â He cut her off, she could tell he was pissed and that sheâd pushed it too far this time. âMe? A brat? How would you even know what Iâm like anyway? Youâre never home!â She screamed, the phone immediately getting cut off on the other end, leaving her suddenly in silence. ââŠDad?â Her emotions were running on high and she could feel the gaze of people around her staring, she couldnât hold it in. âCan I help you?âÂ
If there was one thing that Everly always enjoyed it was seeing one of the spoiled brats that haunted these halls throw a tantrum so seeing Hanna screaming into the phone about a cancelled vacation was the cherry on top to her already bright morning, sheâd seen Adrian crying in the bathrooms when she thought no one was around, they hadnât figured out they were behind the prank at the carnival and now this. âAww did mommy and daddy cancel your gold card?â She mocked, crossing her arms over her chest and smirking at the brunette as she looked her over with disdain. âHereâs a piece of information for you, sweetheart-â she said coldly. âThe world doesnât end if you throw a tantrum.â

Xander: fuck I have so much work to catch up on.
Xander: how much can I pay you to do it for me?
Everly: $200
Everly: you'll get an A+
He was punching the bag in the gym because he was stressed from his interactions with Adrian and he was just hoping that she did go to her friends instead of just internalizing, and the more he thought that she was internatlizing the harder he punched the bag.
Walking into the gym, ready to left off the steam, to say she was annoyed to see someone already occupying her favorite punching bag was an understatement. âLook the ginger ninja strikes again,â was all she said simply, narrowing her eyes at Duke, never enjoying the males presence. âWho did you piss off this time?â She asked curiously.
Camila was currently in the gym doing yoga, she was sweaty from her work out. âAre you just going to continue to stare at my ass or join me?â she looked over at the person who walked in.Â
Everly figured the gym would be empty around this time, but she was shocked to see on the bitch Princesses in there. âIf I wanted to stare at pancake, Iâd actually make it to breakfast.â She said simply before dropping her duffel bag and walking over to the punching bag. âNot everyone is interested in seeing your ass.â
Everly always went to this spot to smoke up before class, underneath the bleachers- hell, she knew it was stereotypical but it was perhaps one of the more secluded places on the school ground. Blowing out the smoke and enjoying the feeling of the weed coursing through her body, she could hear someone approaching her but didnât bother to looking at them. âSpend your free time sneaking up on people or something?â She asked in a bored tone before taking another drag.
Just letting you know, Iâm changing Everlyâs face claim to emeraude toubia.
Please do not unfollow @allabouteverly her fc has changed from Suki Waterhouse to Emeraude Toubia.
When Everly compared her situation to being a Stepford daughter, the female didnât have the effort to deny the comparison. The blonde was right but Max was so wired in her ways that she wasnât going to change any time soon. âWhat can I say, Stepford is an unofficial autobiography of the Vanderbiltâs and Rockefellers,â she deadpanned as her eyes trailed the now crushed joint. âIâll take what I can get. Maybe one day Iâll expand my horizons to more than just pill popping but until then Iâll stick to my little tic tac method from whoever is willing to sell it.âÂ
Everly merely chuckled at her words, shaking her head as she looked Max over, always looking like she was a robot, never complaining and always making sure everything was perfect; a great customer really, they always needed that extra kick to feel alive. âFuck both those families, how does it feel knowing youâll end up a blonde housewife whose highlight is greeting the kids from the bus?â She chuckled. âOh, you will. People like you always do.â
He gave her a wink and playfully smacked his lips in her direction before laying his arm on the back of her chair. âGood, I hope you donât.â He replied with a chuckle before he followed her eyes to see Val and Adrian and gave a shrug, not really caring for her emotions. âThey will be showing more emotions than that in a few hours.â He smirked.Â
Everly rolled her eyes at Hunterâs antics, her dark eyes scanning around the room and smirking to herself, these idiots would have no idea what would be happening in a few hours, too blissful in their own ignorance to notice that not everyone worshiped the ground they walked on. âI feel like we should start a betting pool, which of the bitches of Eastwick throws the biggest scene.â She laughed.
At the invitation, Emelia smiled and sat herself down next to Everly, closing her eyes briefly to take in the breath of fresh air she was talking about earlier. When she opened them, she was met with another invitation, one that she declined politely with a smile and a shake of her head as she rested her hands behind her, gaze averted to the cloudless sky above. âPretty night, isnât it?â Emelia commented absently. âNo stars but stillâŠcalming. Whyâre you out here alone, though? Nothing interesting inside, huh?âÂ
Everly snorted to herself when Emelia rejected the joint, so typical of the blondie, she thought bitterly to herself before finishing it off and crushing it beneath her boot heeled. Looking up at the night sky and thinking how much better itâll look when the plan finally comes to play. âSure, but stars are stars.â She said with a shrug. âJust little balls of gas, hardly worth wishing on.â She noted. âNever saw the point myself.â
Eyes rolling at the remark, Maxâs next immediate reaction was to shrug. âGotta keep my mind minty fresh,â she replied sarcastically. She didnât care for Everlyâs mocking tone and even though she wanted to avoid her ex-roommate and her remarks, the cheerleader wasnât ready to go back and face the crowd of students again. âYouâd be surprised at who else is selling.â What Everly didnât know was that she had already gone to a few others like Elizabeth just to make sure she had a stock.Â
Finishing off the rest of the joint and throwing it carelessly to the ground before crushing it her with heeled boot, glancing over at Max once more. âYou mean you gotta keep acting like the perfect Stepford daughter?â She stated seriously. Hell, sheâd seen the mask Max had been putting on for years now and it was starting to wear thin. âI know everyone who is selling around this joint,â she said simply, pulling the lighter out of her jacket pocket and playing with it mindlessly. âbut you gotta admit that I have the piece shit around cause I actual deal with the real dealers of the world, not the frat boy trying to make some booze money.â
Everly was one of the last few people Max expected to find at the carnival so when she thought she saw the blonde she had to do a double take. âI didnât expect to see you here,â she replied, unphased with the coldness of the other girls voice. âAnd I definitely didnât expect to stumble into your little smoke session.â Trying to deal with her frazzled mind, she popped another pill into her mouth, not bothering to hide it from the blonde who had ironically provided her with it.Â
Everly had been shocked when she saw Max stand beside her, but she was less shocked when she saw the female pop one of the pills in her mouth. Taking a long drag of the joint before blowing out the smoke and smirking at Max. âTaking those like tic tacs now are we?â She asked curiously, a hint of mocking evident in her voice; how the mighty fall so quickly. âDamn, I might not be able to keep up with your demand soon.â She chuckled.
âNo, not really.â She smiles as she walked next to her. âThis event is already borning. I just want to go back to my room but I something might happen here so Iâm staying.â Walking around gave her a cold shoulder, growing up in Atlanta KC always was careful about her surroundings.Â
Everly merely smirked at KCâs words and nodded her head. âOh trust me, something will happen.â She said with a sly wink. Though she wasnât going to let KC know exactly what she and Hunter had planned, she wanted the girl to stick around none the less. âI think itâll be very colorful.â
Somewhere in the night, the atmosphere had gotten a little too stifling for Emelia and she took the first opportunity to walk away from the heart of it, intending to take a breath of fresh air. She stopped short when she heard a comment being made and was genuinely surprised to find anyone there in the first place. âWhoops, sorry. Carry on, carry on,â Emelia waved a hand dismissively. âIt was far too noisy inside so outside seemed like a better option. Donât mind me,âÂ
Everly merely looked the blonde over and shrugged her shoulders. She knew the female from around the house but always believed she was far more suited to Elizabeth house than their own. âSuit yourself but I ainât covering if we get busted.â She laughed before taking another drag of the joint, blowing out the smoke as she held it out to Emelia. âWant a hit?â She asked curiously, almost testing the girl.
