What is the deepest root of your joy? What God gives to you? Or what God is to you?

Psalm 139:23-24 â€
âBut the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit.â -Â Galatians 5:22-25
Donât be so hard on yourself, warrior. Youâre doing the best you can!
Hope is no longer a whisper but a welcome friend who tells me that life is worth living. Because of hope, I know I am worth it. I know I have a reason to keep going. Hope is real. Let hope find you in your darkness.

âThat post didnât get enough likes, so I deleted it.â They said, as they scrolled through their feed, wondering if the internetz were broken.
When you start feeling insecure remember: we were all born with confidence, and we can all get it back if we learn to silence the - negative - thoughts that threaten it. Above all, remember you are capable and worthy, regardless of what mistakes youâve made, regardless of what youâve achieved!
I wish I could tell you there was one thing or moment that made me want to get help, but there wasnât. Instead, there was a scary moment followed by a brief period of sobriety and a desire to change. And then I went right back to self-medicating. Rinse and repeat. Because of this cycle, I lost friendships, a relationship, and several jobs, and I almost lost my life. But somehow I kept managing to get myself back up and fight, convincing myself that I was coping the best way I knew how.
