Synonymize workforce training with education. Select a career path at 18, brain won’t fully develop for another 9 years. Collateralize workforce training with life-long debt, this makes workforce participation mandatory. Discourage long term extended family bonding by idealizing isolated independence, each unit needs its own property, separate from its parent units. Make any contrary arrangement taboo and an indicator of failure.
Entry level position in a new group of strangers. Respond as a group. Simulate family bonding with this group. Disruption of established processes is punished, irrelevant of positive outcomes. Rise through the ranks by survival of attrition and loyalty.
Set middle to upper management as a long term and desirable goal. Upper management is the pinnacle of achievement possible in its life.
Collect 30% of its earning for the lifespan of workforce participation. Seize it from the employer before they can take any possession of it, this is crucial. Give it no say in its use and treat this as normal. Adjust this percentage upwards as long as it is perceived as tolerable.
Outside of workforce: set up ready-made silos for perception of community. Political parties, religion, sports affiliations, entertainment options, all with a steerable narratives if needed. Elect a “class president” with your premade political party, never question who owns the school.
Do not encourage the learning of any other language outside of the performative early years school curriculum, this keeps this system normalized and minimizes exposure to other societies.
Health can be influenced by what food is most easily available and most affordable. Knowledge of “healthier” options is irrelevant with sufficient negative pressure of cost. Workforce participation should take up most waking hours and make voluntary exercise difficult. They should have enough fitness and energy to complete workforce obligations and no more. Chronic medical issues can be monetized by life long management. Cures kill the profit model.
Past the useful productive age, units can present a workforce productivity problem for the next generation. Normalize institutional medical settings for the elderly instead of large families cohabitating and caring for the old. Retirement, ideally, should never be achieved.
