Therians DO NOT own Past Lives, Animism, Spiritual connection to animals. NOR do we "own" Identifying as an animal, if we did then we'd have MAD beef with Otherkins many of which identify as Animal based kin (ex, dogkin). And Fictionkin dont own fiction. Roleplaying has been around since forever. Roleplay blogs are extremely common. Other communities are allowed to exist.

If youre not just a straight up troll, you're gonna have to take some deep breaths and learn that discomfort with something doesnt mean that the thing is "inherently wrong". Yes it can be uncomfortable at times to have very close adjacent communities. Yes it can be uncomfortable to run into someone who is roleplaying a character you have a fictive or fictionkin of. Its a common experiance to even feel a bit territorial when seeing other people roleplay as the animal you are. But that DOESNT mean theyre wrong for what theyre doing. It means that you need to take responsibility for your feelings and protect your own peace.

Block content you dont like.

Avoid spaces that make you overly uncomfortable.

Dont talk to people who annoy you.

Otherwise, where's the line? Are Furries not allowed to roleplay anymore? What about Pet regressors? Everyday fanfiction and fanart? Every religion ever that has belief of past lives?

American alterhumans, how do we feel about July 4 fireworks? Personally I am not now that I live in a state where anyone can buy fireworks, and therefore my neighborhood has a bunch of idiots lighting shit in the streets. My hearing and nerves will be horrible this weekend and I won’t be able to fly away, swim to deeper waters, or scurry deep into the forest.
