He had a Date and Challenges are hard.

So, the easy part of this post is that challenges are hard!!!! I know some of our followers have noticed that days 6 and 7 of her challenge have not materialized on our blog. Life sometimes gets in the way, and I am sure that she will be more than happy to share when life comes back to normal.

In the mean time, I have challenged myself to thirty days of something that I haven’t told her. I am keeping it a secret to really focus on doing it right. It is so easy to perform to feedback without making true lasting change.

The primary point of both of these challenges is to grow and become better. If it were easy, it wouldn’t be called a challenge.

On to the fun stuff. I had a date last night with another woman. This was fully discussed within our relationship prior to moving forward. It turned out very well. It looks like I may have a repeat participant in our shenanigans. We had a few hiccups in communication specifically around whether or not either one of us is expected to return home that night or what to do if not. We worked through them and it will be better next time. There are natural insecurities that occur, hell even I felt so many while out with my beloved wife’s consent.

These two events have really revved both of our engines. We look forward to what this looks like for the development of our blog.

Challenge day 5

No pics from last night because the photographer AKA husband got in on the action. After day 4's toyless success, rather than just playing by myself, I got myself all revved up and ready for him!
