They are now expecting my area to be up till Thanksgiving, but I know me personally...

I have absolutely NO power. Just a car charger and my cellphone. I live on Long Island and Nassau County got SLAMMED. We have no idea when we’ll get our power back.

I just wanted to inform my lovely followers that we’re safe and thankfully the worse thing that happened to us was loss of power...

Oh no...a hurricane to hit Besaid Island!

Just when I planned to come back and suprise all my friends too....

Well, I have to escape here for now. I'll be back at the end of the week, if not Thursday!

OOC: Apologizes to everyone {Important}

I’ve been stressed out moreso than usual lately, writing multiple college and scholarship essays as well as independent research paper ONTOP of an english term paper. Time has just been even more scarce for me. I’m sending out applications to colleges now so they’re over and done with. I’m prioritizing time with my RL friends since I will most likely never see the majority of them again or at least for a long time. I am also participating in free essential mandarin lessons at a community center and paid private tutoring as I really need money.

Also, I’m recently adopted the Buddhist philosophy and i’m pursuing my spiritual journey so even extra free time is reserved for 15-20 minute meditations.

I just don’t have as much time as I used to to pour my heart and passion into my roleplays. I honestly feel horrible for giving you all mere tid-bit roleplays that are more or less plotless, but if I did one with plots I can gurantee you they wouldn’t be quality due to less time and piled on stress.

So that’s why I’m initiating yet another Semi-Hiatus. This will end December 24th because that is when I expect ALL of my big work to be done. The first two quarters are very taxing on seniors because of colleges, term papers, and such.

I am so very sorry everyone. I love roleplaying with EVERY. SINGLE. ONE of you and you deserve better than mere tid-bit roleplays. So it’s for the best. I’ll still be on time to time and hell maybe one plot RP during the weekends/vacations and whatnot. But I just can’t juggle Tumblr obligations along with prioritized RL situations.

I hope you all will understand. If ANY of you want my skype, you are free to have it via private ask. I will still put my time away to help any of you in need. You’re all important to me and I really hate to do this to all of you.

Somehow he contracted it from his dog, and initially he had staph sooo… the dog was trying to lick the wound, with all pure intentions, and ended up implementing the flesh eating bacteria. He’s great right now, he just needs to figure out what’s going on is all.

That's actually really interesting.... and scary and unfortunate. I never knew you could catch a flesh-eating bacteria from your dog.

Ah well, let us know how he is when he gets out!

A family friend is still in the hospital. He had contracted the flesh eating bacteria in his foot and they amputated half of his foot. Well, he was almost ready to go home but he caught a fever and they’re keeping him until they figure out what’s really going on. They’ll make antibiotics that will counteract whatever it is though when they find out.
