Haven’t posted in a while due to being insanely busy and creatively drained, but a new doll tossed in the mix helps. I call this girl Garnet or Tax Return depending on the mood. I debated on if the goggle impressions were going to stay, but they won me over. Plus, I’ve already got another YS ginger Scraps in the doll family and need to tell them apart somehow.

I decided to Avengers theme my work wardrobe this week. I need more cosplaying opportunities if this is what I do to entertain myself. XD Characters: Loki, Captain America, Bruce Banner (w/Hulk leggings), Thor, and Iron Man.
My Dikadoll Molin has taken up cosplaying as everyone’s favorite emo kid with anger and grandpa issues, Kylo Ren. He already made a cameo over at @mintoncardinc but now he has his costume and mask complete. I’m having a lot of fun creating fan dolls lately. He and dolly GLaDOS should go unite their evil forces already.

He and dolly GLaDOS should go unite their evil forces already.
I wanted to share my office/studio dolls in their “natural” habitat. Because of space, my collection is divided between home, work, and boxes. Maybe that’s why my dolls keep jumping off shelves? If I was stored above decorative boxes containing the unstrung remains of my buddies, I’d be pretty upset, too. Also, this is after I cleaned my space. I trashed it again not 20min later. :P
I got my dolls dressed in their Christmas clothing, which if I’m totally honest with myself, they’ll be left in until March. My Scraps doll is always Christmasy, though. She’s Clara from The Nutcracker. Now to find her a 1/3rd sized nutcracker to hold.

Today seven of my dolls took to sacrificing themselves to a 1/3rd scale Cthulhu in their never ending attempts to spite me. The shelf they dwell on was clearly tampered with to ensue their fate. And I’m fairly certain I saw cult symbols created out of elastic and s-hooks with an event doll un-strung in the center. Those cruel little resin bastards. *slams fist into the earth*
But in all seriousness, I’m super happy none of them were damaged. You win this round yet again, gravity :P

I felt the need to get some photos of GLaDOS’s face because she’s cute when she’s not trying to kill test subjects.
I’ll try to get some better detail shots later, but I’m happy to finally introduce GLaDOS! Took me a while, but I’m pretty happy with how she turned out. Now to sculpt her a little potato buddy or cake. XD
