I usually get my news from Twitter or Tumblr. Social media has a lot of issues but when you weed through the shit, it’s a treasure trove of information.
I stay away from Facebook like the plague. Click bait isn’t my jam.
I like to talk to people about how the world is effecting them, short of that, NPR interviews, articles, informed citizens who can relay sources for their information... and so on.

I really can’t remember the last time I’ve full out cried. I’m quite sensitive, so I tear up a lot and get emotional over movies I watch or stories I read.. But actual crying doesn’t happen often I’m afraid.
Empathetically, at movies and for my loved ones very often.
I am absolutely living for Bill Potts.
Girl gay af and I LOVE IT
We need pride month because...
Today is the pride parade in my city, and all I can think about is hoping everyone is safe.
Safe from violence today, and safe from discrimination every day in the future since gender and sexual orientation were removed from the Equal Employment Opportunity statement, and daily I have to read about bills passing to encourage or enable discrimination against my community.
you said slow it down, take your time with me//you said breathe on out, be yourself with me
roses are red, i’m going to bed
We need pride month because...
I have no idea when, if ever, I’ll be able to just share photos of myself with my girlfriend on any of our adventures, freely on the internet to my friends and family who are always wondering what I’m up to.
She hasn’t told her parents, who live in another country, and even if/when she does, there’s still an unsettling amount of discrimination that we may face afterward.
As a person who doesn’t share much online anyway, you’d think I wouldn’t be phased, but the sting of not being able to do all the shouting from the rooftops that I really feel like doing right now is just too much not to talk about.

Hmmmm… I haven’t the slightest idea to be honest. Its a bit hard for me to answer this without feeling like I’m way off or totally full of myself
My mom, probs.
But I’m lucky to have so many people on my side :)

I’m nowhere near where I thought I would be. But I’m exactly where I should be👍
I never really had an idea where I’d be, so not yes and not no.
I’m happy now, that’s all the matters now.

If you don’t do this at least once a day you need to reevaluate your life in a serious way. I do this on several occasions, daily 👍😂
Nearly every day. It’s the best.

Pooping. Though it sometimes isn’t super simple. It’s a top pleasure.
I take so much pleasure in simple sensations and just recognizing my own joy in any given moment.

This is hard cause I don’t necessarily like 1 piece of art, I tend to enjoy aesthetics of that particular artist. I recently went and saw some work done by @basim.magdy and it just blew me away. The way he uses photography and film is just profound. (at Bristol, United Kingdom)
At the moment the two pieces that are coming to mind are Masullo’s painting with Edna St. Vincent Millay’s verse on it because it is simple but kept me there a long time (and also I bonded with my sweetheart over it), and one I didn’t remember the name of that’s on display at MOMA--a field of dark with a swipe of red across, which gave me pain in my heart when I saw it.
