Hi invisible readers and to myself. Thank God for another wonderful and blissful day. Well, this my first "teblog" or "text" blog so I wouldn't waste it for the world. Deep inside me I always look-up to those people who write blogs effortlessly and get noticed within just minutes. Right away they get "hearts", "reblog", and notes. It seems that people loved their work so much that they follow them right now and then. What do they have that other writers lack. I mean other writers/ bloggers are not bad writers at all but why? is it because of the subject that they discuss? the mode or style of writing they do? I don't know. For me all writers are the best in what they do because they write what they love and I think that what matters. Whether or not I am a bad blogger or good, I see myself as fantastic as I am (Overconfidence activated lol). Who knows one of this days a simple writer like me would end up working on the most prestigious news writing companies. Haha let's get over that. Seriously, I must say, I get insecure sometimes of how other writers produce such amazing masterpiece (by the way, I don't have a favorite writer lol). I tend to read many articles, books, and blogs as I can noticing that all circles from one point only which is to "Inform". They state what they want to say, regardless of whether it is for a job requirement or not. I couldn't tell more of how they finish it but I must say they're the best. I have this one experience of reading a grammar book (which focuses on vocabularies) to the n-th time so I can have good words in my writings, I noticed on the introduction part which I always skipped on when I read the book (because I thought it doesn't matter, sorry) it says "The goal of communication is clarity. We write and speak in order to make ourselves understood. A good vocabulary is one that makes communication easy and efficient. One mark of an effective speaker or writer is an ability to express complex ideas with relatively simple words." These sentences hit me, like someone have thrown a bucket of ice in my face. I said yes, why didn't I notice that popular writers achieve what they want in their writings because they communicate to readers without hassle on deep vocabularies to be understood. Most of the time other writers (like me) would like to have deep vocabularies to empress readers but now I realized that it's not the point. If I want readers to love what I write, I should use words that everyone can relate to. They can understand what I mean and they could interact. At this point of my writing hobby I hope someone out there have made the same mistake as I did (lol) but definitely learned from it. Thank you for reading! -Almira
