Four Lessons For a High Achiever, From a High Achiever

Struggling a little at the moment with self-inflicted high expectations for success… Hoping writing about it can help get some of this anxiety off my chest. Planning on sharing my journey as I work to warding finding my centre and learning to relax as my 30th birthday looms.. Finding that work/life balance when you are so driven to succeed can be difficult.
