I always wonder if I have severely different interpretations of Pico compared to other people or if I just think that because I'm not deep into the fandom, and my interpretation actually does follow what everyone else thinks

I was so excited doing this after a few weeks ago I tried attempting a P rank for an hour straight and failed—this was my first try of the day—that I immediately did 30 push ups in a row

when you write angst so gut-wrenching it breaks your body to such a degree that the next day you have chest pain all day

I'm not too deep into the FNF fandom, but I've heard a lot of people like to make Pico the 'problem' for Boyfriend and Pico's break up, which I can't exactly see—only a little bit, but barely (which I believe is from how Pico is portrayed, which I cannot really describe accurately, so I will leave it like that)—I feel like people aren't really focusing on the fact that Pico has schizophrenia and just more so on the PTSD when it comes to interpreting his character; Pico is also loyal and so once more I couldn't see him being the issue, rather, some problems on Boyfriend's part, especially because people with schizophrenia are highly more likely to be the victim in a relationship than to be the abuser. (Not saying that it was definitely toxic, but they did call it complicated for sure)

I think that after the events of Pico's School, he'd be in a bad place, so my personal interpretation is that Boyfriend tried tolerating him when they got together, couldn't take it after a while, and then left, which I think is also why he feels nostalgic & unable to kill Boyfriend when they meet again; yes, being abandoned builds resentment but Pico's loyalty would get past that and build unresolved feelings rather.
