I would just love to say that I adore your blog. I have been a JJ fan for as long as I can remember. I have seen him multiple times in concert. Even stood front row center.. basically within touching distance of him. But most of all I am very happy to see that some one sees the depth behind his lyrics and bubbly melodies and appreciates him for his work in trying to save the environment. Thanks giving me a smile every time I look at your blog!

Jack Johnson grants boy’s Christmas wish

Jack Johnson brought some Southern California sunshine into the lives of a 6-year-old Children’s Hospital Boston patient and his family last week, fulfilling the boy’s foremost Christmas wish by giving him a private webcast concert and calling him “a very brave boy” for battling a rare heart defect.

Speaking via Skype from Santa Barbara, Calif., Johnson, a father of three young children, treated Ethan Lindberg, his family and his caretakers to a casual chat, a laid-back, strummy version of “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer” and a selection of other similarly soothing songs. In the Morning (the first single off the holiday album This Warm December: A Brushfire Holiday, Volume 2 ) is about those moments when you feel so much love and joy, like when I caught my son laughing in his sleep, is one of my favorite memories. I felt like I must be doing an OK job as a dad if my kid can be laughing in his dreams. It gave me a really warm feeling.
