Tony Gum Collaborates with Photographer Gabriella Achadinha in New Photo Series.

Known for her gaze-arresting self-portrait series published on her instagram account, South African creative Tony Gum temporarily steps away from her self-timer and puts full lens control in the hands of fellow photographer Gabriella Achadinha. 

Part of the art direction was inspired by Gum’s experimental Coca-Cola series that interrogates the iconic’s brand and its aesthetic, and its relationship with black women. Other items included represent various iconic, everyday and recognizable pieces that resonate, in some way, with many throughout the continent and diaspora.
