Free World.... What does that mean?

It’s so depressing moments like these. Routine it is for me it seems now for years. My heart is feeling broken and loyalty of any sort feels far from just a feeling but a knowing. Me and my wine. The background noises, my pounding thoughts within my mind and my broken heart crumbling as I sit alone in the dark once again. It does not matter where I sleep. I get no sleep. I “awake” to a new day feeling lost, sad, and unfulfilled for whatever reason. Everyone trying so hard and I’m failing. I wish the people in my life understood me. I wish I didn’t feel like I need to start from scratch somehow because I will only lose everything like this. I’m so sad. So sad all the time and it doesn’t seem to ever fade.
