I Begin The Mediterranean Diet

I am tired of yo-yo diets, being in constant pain, having crushing fatigue and just feeling plain miserable. I am taking control of my life through the mantra "eat to live, not live to eat".

The Mediterranean diet seems a good fit: not only for weight control, but also heart health, cholesterol management and mental clarity. I have hope that I will stop feeling like a slug and more like the energizer bunny. I have hope that instead of feeling like a tired 90 year old, I will feel a like a young 63. Here begins my journey.
