What does a male fertility specialist do?
A male fertility specialist or more specifically an Andrologist is a medical expert who specifically deals with male reproductive health, more so with male infertility and sexual dysfunction. These doctors treat low sperm count, low sperm motility and a range of other associated conditions. Here is good andrologist I can recommend.

Sexologists
A sexologist is someone who studies human sex, sexual relationships and its complex inter dynamics. A sexologist also deals with treating stds and in giving fertility advice. Here is a good clinical sexologist I know personally.
Ok so sex AND gender are social constructs, right, (im fucking stupid so like that means they're made up and don't exists in nature I guess) so does that mean sexuality is too?? So then why is there sexual dimorphism in other animals? Aren't we programmed to reproduce with someone of the opposite sex? I am confusion, academia sucks
Sexuality is a social construct. Saying anything else plays into essentialism. So if you’ve been keeping up with the ‘social construct discourse’ playing out on my blog, you know too that some of this you should be looking up on your own.
I would recommend Foucault’s A History of Sexuality, or reviews/summaries of it, because it is the ground-breaking literature that shows how the labels of ‘homosexual’ and ‘heterosexual’ were created in the 19th century by sexologists. We could have created sexualities based on if we were attracted to people older or the same age as us, we could have had ones based on races we are attracted to (thank god we didn’t), sexuality could have been based on the hair color you find attractive. But sexologists decided that gender is what indicated it. Just a group of bros, chilling, studying gay stuff, decided that gender object choice was going to be how we categorized people. As Foucault says, the creation of the homosexual.
Not sure why you’re bringing in sexual dimorphism in the same breath as sexuality, because the two don’t have anything to do with each other. Other animals fuck their same sex all the got damn time. Google bats, or elephants.
As for the last question, it depends on how you view the nature v. nurture debate, imo. Either you believe that humans are born blank slates which culture then molds, or you believe in biological determinism. You’re either pro culture or pro biology, really. I’m pro culture. So I would say - maybe there is some bio driving force, but ultimately culture wins every time. An example is food. Food is needed to live, it is a biologically driven force within us. Yet, we will not eat nutritious or necessary food because its taboo in our culture. Would you eat your cat? Would you eat your brother? Would you eat only mustard seed for the rest of your life? If you’re a manly man from Texas, will you eat tofu? No, of course not. Even though biologically we could, and in some cases we should, culture says hellll no. Imo, sexuality is the same. Could I fuck only men? Yes. Do I want to? Hellll no.
