nico heard about charlie’s mom and was meaning to try to talk to him but never did
2x12 after charlie left work after his talk with wolf he went to go drink and nico was there and they just started talking about their moms and things they have in common and nico became charlie’s first friend at the hospital
January they became hella close and lowkey flirt but Nico thinks Charlie isn’t serious because he assumes he’s just being nice cause he’s the only friend he has at the hospital
After the whole gas leak ordeal they go to the bar but Charlie is too busy talking with other people and Nico is annoyed by the amount of finance bros there
Charlie doesn't think Nico has feelings for him because he thinks he's too messed up but Nico likes him not in spite of who he is but because of it.
Charlie fell first but Nico fell harder
