Unfortunately a few weeks ago I broke my favourite fly rod, Shakespeare FishingAgility #6. My beautiful wife, @Karin O'Shea decided to replace it for me yesterday. So we went to Landers Tralee where the fantastic Colm helped us to get another one. It was the last one on stock and Colm recons that the Agility line is no longer continued - pity they are excellent for the money, if you have one - mind it. So I took a trip to Carragh Lake to get it wet. The video is taken using another of my wonderful wifes presents to me Bear Grylls glasses with a camera in the bridge, great pics and videos when you are active like fishing etc. Fishing was slow to start off and I had a bit of trouble launching the boat (not shown) but once I caught the first fish I had plenty of action. Obviously I haven't shown all the fish I had but there is a taste of the action, It was a great evenings fishing and I thoroughly enjoyed myself even though most of them were small and not the target species,( which was brown trout). In my humbl opinion you can't bear wild fishing, I catch what is there and the Agility performed beautifully. by Alan O'Shea
