Sandbar Restaurant: Linguini w/ Clams (I forgot what it was called) Not a lot of sauce but it was still very flavourful. The clams were super fresh and the sauce was not too salty. I wanna try to learn how to make this. - mw♥

Sandbar Restaurant: Crab & Artichoke Dip BEST DIP EVER. THE CHIPS WERE SO GOOD TOO. I'm definitely going back just for this dip. - mw♥

I was able to spend the whole day with my babe today :) Last date before I go to Hawaii for 18 days! We decided to go to Granville Island. Parking was literally a bitch, it's so cramped with tourists. We started the date off with some good lunch: walked around for a bit to find a good restaurant.. we first say SandBar but then the menu looked eh, so we kept looking. We ended up eating at Sandbar though, HAHAHA. THE FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I had this pasta, my boyfriend had a sandwich, and we shared an appetizer. I really expected this restaurant to be OKAY, but it was so good. I will definitely be going again. He paid ;) Then we walked around the toy store and played at this arcade. We got enough tickets to buy a inflatable hammer (LOL, we're such losers..), probably spent like $8 on those games but it was fun so it was worth it. Here's the bad part.... we went back to his car, it was parked in a place with 3hr free parking and we got there 15mins after the 3 free hours and WE FREAKING GOT A TICKET. My boyfriend was so choked over this, saying how he's never going to Granville Island ever again and how it sucks. I gave him $30 to pay for the parking :( cause he already paid for dinner and I just felt bad. We just parked elsewhere and paid for an hour, just to get gelato! We got mango and blueberry :) (I also had to clean his booboo from soccer last night when we got back to my house. It was all nasty, and oozing puss and stuff... disgusting.) The end ;D - mw♥
