Classification: Unidentified Extradimensional Entity

Little is known about The Observer, a presumed non-corporeal entity with an ocular structure capable of perceiving across multiple dimensions. It does not consume matter for sustenance—its sole function appears to be the relentless acquisition of information. The more it observes, the faster it processes, leading to a state of accelerated perception that distorts its behavior. In this unstable state, its movements become erratic and unpredictable.

Once its gaze fixates on a subject, it becomes an irreversible part of its perception, never able to be forgotten or removed. The entity does not look away, and there are no recorded instances of it ceasing pursuit.

Direct eye contact is not advised. If detected, do not engage. Containment remains impossible.
