Amanda never realised she was a witch until a week before her 11th birthday. She thought she was just a normal Muggle with learning difficulties. One morning,she was trying to reach her favourite cereal from on top of the cupboard and felt herself rising up, closer to it.Then, as soon as her hand closed on the box, she gently sank back to the ground, a big grin on her face! The staff were stunned! But they hugged her and checked her for injuries, and were pleased that she had none. Her birthday came and went, as did her 1st and 2nd years, and now here she stands ready for more magic and adventures at -H-ogwarts!
