My business that I will produce and generate is a Nail & Day Spa. I have decided to call my company âNailâd it Day Spaâ.

Pricing: All of their prices seem to be on par for the prices that a lot of other places pay. You are looking roughly at $60.00 for an hour pedi/mani that includes all of their services that can offer you, in regards to sugar scrubs etc.
Strengths: There website gives you the opportunity to look into the services that they offer before you walk through their doors, you are able to book on line and see what you are up to before you even decide to go. There social media is a nice area where you are able to see a little bit of their work that they offer with skin specials and facials, and they show just a little bit of the nail work that they offer as well.
Weaknesses: They should do a little bit more marketing for their company. Their website is lacking the interaction area where potential customers are able to go and see who the employees are, and who offers the nail services vs. who offers the more spa like features. I feel like they should advertise their products they do on a daily through their social media to get a bigger audience range for their cliental.

Pricing: Inexpensive, manicures are roughly $30.00 here with a shellac treatment, Waxing prices are also very cheap here - not sure if this is due to the wax that they are using, doesnât offer and âspaâ like features like facials or other types of massages.
Strengths:Â Having cliental that is also positively promoting them. Low prices that attract the public off of the streets into their store for service.Â
Weaknesses: Customer service is bad, there are a lot of reviews that are saying that there is one particular employee that speeds through the mani/pedi process just so they can grab the next client before anyone else. Another weakness that they have is there website is lacking major detail you can tell there was zero to no effort put forth when putting this website together. Â

Pricing:Â Considering this is a business that comes to you, their pricing is quite comparable to the salons that you would just walk in to off of the streets anywhere else. You are looking at either the single services or the package that they offer to you. A manicure will be around $50.00 and massage and other treatments could start anywhere from around $75.00 to $200.00
Strengths:Â Not many services for nails are offered like this in Toronto, ON. They are a mobile type that will come to any location that you are planning to set up. Strengths would be that they work their business around what their clients wants and needs are. Their timing and employees have been giving great reviews as well for their work performance.
Weaknesses:Â I think like any company, showing off the work that they have previously done or anything to show what the experience would be like. The weaknesses that they can improve on would be to showcase their company more for the public eye to see. I think that this would also help market their company out to more consumers who are unaware of this service.Â

I believe that it has been a great idea to look at the competition that is around me, as it has giving me more ideas on what to incorporate throughout my company and how to start it up. Some of the things that I would focus on more now knowing that there are so many reviews out here would be to market my company more than ever! Social media is the go to right now, I feel like a lot of nail and spa companies are not using that to their advantage to further their company. I look forward to getting my company together to see how the aspects of certain things like this will be incorporated throughout my comapny.
