As much as I love any au where Adam lives, I don't think he should be brought back in the movies.

Adam's death is important, for me the most important in the franchise, specifically BECAUSE it's unfair. I think bringing him back would severly minimize the impact of the first film and how John's "method" does nothing except abuse people and prove he's a massive hypocrite.
