Comfort Food!
When it comes to comfort food my all time favorite is loaded cauliflower! You take something so simple as cauliflower and you make a delicious non stoppable appetizer. This dish has so much flavor that you cant just have one bite. The cauliflower is loaded with parm and marble cheese, smokey bacon, cream cheese, sour cream and a ton of spices. This dish is so simple to make and it will feed a army.Ā

Canāt rush perfection!
Dinner is a time for family and friends to get together and converse over delicious food and a great time. When it comes to dinner I believe itās key to take your time and have all your ingredients ready as nothing is the worse then running around your kitchen with your head cut off and food burning! Take your time, taste your food and always put love and pride into your dishes.
The simplest food is the best food! During the weekdays I work long hours and sometimes I donāt feel like cooking a large meal or Iām not very hungry. This is my go to salad that is satisfying, delicious and healthy! This salad will last in the fridge for two/ three days and not get soggy as itās made without lettuce( who wants lettuce that may contain e-coliš)
Cooking with anxiety
On a daily basis I suffer from anxiety from the moment I awake up to the moment I go to sleep and sometimes it awakes me during the night. This is a disease I donāt wish upon anyone and it affects your life drastically! I could be sitting at the kitchen table and all a sudden I get a panic attack that came from no where and it will last from a few minutes to a couple hours. I found cooking relaxes me and it clears my mind from wondering so much and I focus only on cooking. When Iām having a bad day( full of panic attacks) I make myself busy in the kitchen and I cook and cook till itās eases my anxiety. Cooking has made me passionate about something and something I look forward to doing. I started to find something in my life that makes me happy and excited and help me relax. Cooking is a passion and art and you can take something so simple as eggs and make something so beautiful and delicious.
The best way to deep fry chicken balls is on a hot summer day on your patio with a cold beer šŗ
Stepped out of my comfort zone and tried something new. Iām a firm believer that when cooking you should never measure ingredients and just add by taste or colour. This dish is chicken teriyaki with carrots, green beans and red onion and I was very pleased by the results!
The best way to a man's heart it through his stomach
When my passion started
When i was growing up i was always in the kitchen whether it was to clean, cook,or simply to observe my parents cooking. My family has always had a passion for cooking especially my fathers side. We would celebrate holidays together and there was always amazing food during these gatherings. Everyone was so happy to provide a healthy and nutritional meal for everyone, and i believe food is what brings people together. My father was always the cook and my mother was always the baker and together they would make delicious food for myself and my brother. My dad went to school for culinary arts at the age of 40 as this was his passion also. He taught me that if you want something bad you go out and get it. I watched him study everyday for hours and eventually he graduatedĀ with honors. While my father was at work my mother would provide for us and took over the cooking for the household, this came to no surprise she was also an amazing cook but a even better baker. My mother could bake anything and everything and that is what she did. Every Christmas she would bake 50 plus items for our family which included peanut free items for my brother. My mother is the heart of the family and always believed in putting family first and she believe that love keeps people together. As i got older my passion for cooking as expanded and i now want to purse my passion and love for food and go from cooking in my home to providing food for others.Ā
