With all this safe stay at home, quarantine, I was needed some physical exercise.
So I changed into my gym clothes: my lycra athletics unitard, a support waist belt, and my matching high heels. Oh, and also my matching red ball gag.
All I needed to start my exercise was for my Personal Trainer to tightly tie me up to the chair.
Let the exercise begin!
…and yes, these are the cuffs my husband locks on my wrists and ankles every morning, so I do not forget him all day.
