𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐧 | 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐫- 𝐁𝐨𝐱𝐞𝐝!
Screaming, loud defeaning screams.
There were people running in every direction, all scurrying away through the streets to run from the creature marching over a row of cars, crushing the vehicles to lumps of metal and glass.
It was large and blue in colour, looking like a mix between a rodent and a man; a humanoid rat. The head was that of a human bit with large round ears and whiskers, body about 7 feet tall with a thin layer of fur covering it and a protruding long tail. It carried on it a backpack and a what seemed to look like a leaf blower, but instead of shooting out powerful gusts of air it instead shot beams of purple light. Whenever it hit an unlucky civilian, there would be a layer of purple smoke before it revealed the human being caught and trapped in a box, taped and sealed on the ground as they relentlessly pounded on it to get out.
“I am Box Rodent! All you filthy humans have never known what it feels like to live trapped and in fear have you? Well with the help of the House of Evolution, I have been born to stir up that feeling in you pests!” It bellowed, cackling as it's tail wiggled around while it continues to shoot more people, wacking all the boxes with it's tail as it basked in the screams of all the people it had trapped.
It's large feet padded across the street, sneering at the cowering humans with disgust. “Unlike us rodents you humans won't be able to live so long inside a box that tight with no air. Hehe, enjoy suffocating till your inevitable deaths~” It sang, aiming the weapon at a crouching child. And just as they were about to pull the trigger, a web encased their wrist, pulling it back and tying it to a lamp post.
The creatures eyes widened, glaring in the direction of the artificial web. “WHOS THERE? How dare you challenge me- MMF-?”
“Damn you talk too much,”
A masked figure dropped onto the asphalt, clad in red and blue with the insignia of a spider etched right in the center of their suit. He aimed his wrist at the rodent, successfully webbing it's feet onto the ground too, much to it's disapproval. “What are you doing, boxing people up like we're some kind of Christmas present? Tsk, doesn't seem like something a cute little mouse like you should do don't you think?” He mused.
At the provocation the rodent humanoid bellowed in rage, ripping it's feet out of the sticky webs before aiming his box blower at the masked hero. “SHUT UP! I am Box Rodent! Before I make you suffocate in cardboard I suggest you quit trying to stop me!" They growled, starting to shoot beams of purple at the spider themed hero.
Fortunately the other was nimble on their feet, dodging each of the attacks with a hum, webbing himself to the building behind the rodent and tugging on the strong artificial silk, launching himself through the air and kicking the back of the rat. He landed with a small huff, sprinting forward before springing up over the fallen and cursing creature, yanking the machine off of it. “Well then Box Rat, I'll tell you one thing. I'm Spiderman, the one that will be stopping you toda-!”
With a swift smack of the human rodent's tail, Spiderman's grip on the device loosened, a gasp leaving him as he tried to grab it again, only to accidentally pull the trigger.
Pointed right at himself.
Now kicking and shouting within a carefully wrapped box, he groaned, hearing the monster he was fighting grab his weapon again and begin leaving.

My name's Vernon Chwe, I'm a senior at Seoul's Daejeon Academy. I was just your normal high school nerd, y'know; glasses, large hoodies, getting bullied and being that one loser who's only stand out feature is his smarts. Life was fine with me just living with my Aunt May and Uncle Ben, all up until one school trip to the Science Center.
I got bit by a radioactive spider and just like that my entire life was turned upside down. I gained superhuman speed, agility, strength and the ability to cling to walls. I even developed something I like to call “Spidey Senses”, but I basically got the powers of a spider. Now I'm a web slinging self proclaimed hero! But my identity's still a secret as I hide my face behind my mask.
I'm still learning to get used to life as a superhero while also navigating my way through my freshman year of university and finding out the reason for the mysterious death of my parents, but as far as I can tell, life pretty much has lots in store for me.
But hey, always remember one thing. If you ever need a helping hand, just shout out for your friendly neighborhood Spiderman!
