Chen's Noodle House : Now Hiring! .. [advertisement?]
Yes—I'm Skylor Chen, the girl from the local noodle house. Am I using my advertisement media account for personal use? Yeah, so what?
And yes— (*she said, now more exasperated*) —I do go to Ninjago Highschool whilst working part time. Why don't you go worry about yourself rather than obsessing over me?
//ooc:
Skylor attends Ninjago Highschool and works part time at the noodle house owned by her father (who is mostly absent). Master Chen (here, Mr. Chen) is involved in a secret cult scheme (which Skylor is a part of, obviously) to fit in with both the movie and the series lore. I'll update this post as more headcannons or lore is added.
Mod Here! @yafavmimi
I'm a minor so nsfw isn't welcome (suggestive is fine, but I will ignore asks that violate boundaries)
Highkey think Skylor is wlw category but any ship is fine!
First off, I am not your uncle. Second, its Clouse that won't leave it alone, not me. Tell him it would be a shame for anything to happen to his pet if he doesn't stop plotting to sabotage my son.
[Master Chen] are you sure it's running, Skylor?, oh uh—HELLLOOOOOO MY DEAR CONTESTANTS!!! Hehehheh..
[Skylor] Stop shaking the camera—
Oh it is so good to see everyone struggling enjoying my tournament games! Isn't this so very fun, Clouse? Ohuhuhuhu!
[Clouse, in a grumbling voice] Yes, Master..
[Chen] Ahah! Ofcourse! You're such a great servant Clouse! Ohuhu, have you resolved your issues with dearest Garmadon yet?
Clouse, rolling his eyes, ignored the jab and instead carried on with what was supposed to be an announcement from Chen.
Mm.. Let's see here, ah, yes.. Participants of the Tournament of Elements, as you all, minus few exceptions, have successfully completed the previous task of retrieving your very own jade blades, Master Chen is delighted to declare the teams for the next rounds,
Skylor's phone camera panned over to a board including everyone's names and images on it, seeming to be listed in a way pit matches would be.

Skylor assisted Morro whilst they walked out of the underground tunnels, sighing collectively when they reached fresh air of the night outside.
Though dishevelled from the dread of being in that room full of skeletons for so long, Morro held up a good fight against the urge to throw up (again) while walking.
This guy is such a burden—literally. Skylor gritted her teeth, treading down the gravelly sand with a suspiciously Morro shaped lumped on her shoulder.
And then she halted. The other next to her disapproved of the action.
*While he wouldn't admit it, Lloyd was rather glad for the interruption. Things had been pretty awkward up to that point. Lloyd pulled away from Kai, his brow furrowing in concern as he got a better look at Morro*
Morro? Are you alright? What happ- huh?
*Lloyd would be cut off as Morro pulled away from Skylor and uncharacteristically threw an arm around him in a sort-of hug.*
Both for being spotted, by the other ninja of all people, and also for the fact that Morro had probably already told Lloyd about the underground. I mean, look at the guy—that's one opportunist right there.
Watching the two siblings intently, she shoved past the master of wind and made her way over to Kai.
The fire master was, reasonably, dumbfounded at Skylor's sudden stride towards him, but he stood his ground regardless, expecting a conversation.
All up until the other gripped firmly into his shoulder.
Now, as the audience, i suppose your first theory is that master of amber would utilise her powers to copy Kai's fire power to atleast be able to defend herself lest a squabble occurs.
You're in luck actually, because with that hunch, you, the audience hit the jackpot. Ding ding ding, yes, Skylor was now attempting to copy "Kai's" powers.
"What the fuck?" Skylor, now in Morro's skin, muttered under breath before glancing towards Kai—oh hey that's not..
*Lloyd was caught completely off guard. Then again, it made sense why Kai had been acting so odd now.*
*Then a realisation hit him. He didn't know this person, only that they were clearly the master of form, and he had let the very thing he had been hiding from the other elemental masters slip. On top of that, he'd told them his worries about getting targeted. What if they told the others?? *
*As opposed to Lloyd's immediate anxiety, Morro immediately went on the offensive. The wind picked up as he let go of Lloyd and stepped towards Chamile, clearly pissed.*
Right. I'm giving you one chance to tell me what the bloody hell you're trying to pull here.
Well that went.. okay? Not a drop of trust earned from the wind master but he won't disembowel me on sight now, and the attention is diverted onto Chamile, which is progress.

Morro kneeled low behind a large boulder, effectively hiding from two of Chen's minions in the skeleton infested room.
[Chop] "You ever think these bones could be us someday?"
[Kapow] "Are ya' kidding?! We have names now! It's only a matter of time before we get promoted and—hey, did you hear something?"
"Hear what?"
"Movement! Is someone down here?"
The two started approaching the large boulder, much to the wind master's dismay.
[Kapow] "Weird... Could've swear on my pinkie toe I heard something... Check behind that boulder, Chop."
The other stepped forward, palm on the boulder, about to peek over the edge of it and—this was it, Morro would be discovered and he'd be killed, permanently... Sent to the Cursed Realm and—
"What the hell are you two doing here?"
"Miss Chen! You—ah.. we're on patrol, ofcourse—"
"Patrol? This is a restricted area. Only Master Chen's appointed staff and generals are allowed here."
"Why, Miss Chen, we are generals—well, soon to be generals actually. I'm Kapow and he's Chop—"
"Out! Both of you," Skylor commanded, cutting Kapow's monologue short. "Unless you want to join your skeleton crew here, fleshless."
Chop only let out something resembling a squeak and was on the run in no time. Kapow's chest deflated with his pride blown away, and followed quickly after, right on Chop's heels with a slower walk.
"So," The redhead sighed, stern posture dissolving into a more casual stance, hand on her hip as she regarded the person hiding behind the boulder still, not bothering to even seek him out. "Y'know people usually spend time with their new lovers, but you decided to descend into an underground cave right after getting together."
*Morro let out a shaky breath he didn't know he was holding, moving to sit on the floor. He didn't even bother giving a response to Skylor's comment, instead just cutting straight to the chase.*
Skylor ran a hand down her face in irritation. "No, I have XRay vision—ofcourse I did, you kept posting on your blog about losing your shit down here."
A moment of silence passed, before she spoke again. "Are you planning to get off the floor anytime soon?"
"I wasn't playing dumb, i just—whatever, no, i didn't know. Fact of, I didn't even know about the island itself, so we're likely on the same page here."
Skylor eyed the guy slumped against the floor and debated on helping, but decided against it.
"When you're able to use your legs again, you could come with me down to the dungeons. I could prove why I've been denying to believe that my father kidnapped people."
Oh, sure. I'll go to a dungeon with the daughter of the guy whos kidnapping people and has a room full of dead people's bones. I have no idea how that could possibly go wrong.
I'm still not going with you. You really are delusional if you can see a room literally full of dead people and still think kidnapping is still not a possibility.
*Morro would force himself to stand, moving too quickly and promptly collapsing to his knees, suddenly vomiting up some strange, glowing green liquid.*
This island is a millennia old! You're talking as if my dad constructed with his bare hands and started killing people, but it and this room literally existed way before him—
Skylor's rage filled lash out halted the second Morro started throwing up. Stance faltering for a second, she even took a step forward as if in attempt to help.
Woah, woah, slow down there.. Here, let me help you stand up, your head must've reeled for a second there
Skylor exhaled through her nose but accepted the request nonetheless. There was nothing to do if this guy wasn't even going to try and hear her out, much less follow her lead.
Fine, I'll get you to the grounds. Just look out for more of those guards—I don't want them to go and report to my dad that I'm helping you out, or worse, spread word within the contestants that I'm somehow "lending privileges" being Chen's daughter.
