You are Ryland Grace. On a mission to save earth. Everything is happening exactly the same as in the movie/book. You think you are the only one out here, unsure of how to save your planet and fated to die alone. But you see something. Soon, Blip A is connected to the Hail Mary, and you get your first look at the alien on the other side. This creature is benevolent, just wants to save its planet, like you. But it is literally identical to a demogorgan from stranger things. Like 8 feet tall and with tons of sharp teeth and muscles. But it’s like “Grace friend! We will save earth and save Erid!” He doesn’t know what a demogorgan is, why would he be scary?
