This is my first time trying something ouji like. I was kind of going for a militant pirate look but I think I'm missing a lot of things. The jsk drapes weirdly without a petticoat and I think a buttcape may help. I don't really know how to balance and make good ouji coords but it was refreshing to try a different style. I got some black feathers in the mail today. I was planning on making it into a cape of some sort, or a headdress but I’m not exactly sure where to go with it.

Theres a lot of layers in this coord. I'm wearing a blouse, an underdress, a jsk, a skirt and a bustier on top. It was a bit uncomfortable but I was trying to coord the bustier with little sucess so far.

I got this really cute meta teddy backpack in the mail today. I had to throw on a coord to match for some photos. The backpack is from a 2002 release and it's in amazing condition for the age!

I got my dream dress earlier this year. I thought I would never find it. I thought I’d share a short review since it’s so rare. The dress is Metamorphose Hakuoki Pinafore jsk, released in 2012. There is a pleated ribbon trim on the top collar along with the bottom hem of the dress. It’s a bit scratchy against the skin so I’ll have to wear a collar with it. The main body of the dress is made with a suit like fabric. From the photos I thought it was a heavy cotton so I was a little surprised. The kimono patterned fabric is thinner than I was expected and feels like a light cotton. The kimono fabric is trimmed with what I think is a gold pleather pipping. The jsk is bigger than I thought and I can wear it pretty comfortably. The corset lacing on the back works quite well although the ribbon looks a little cheap. The pleated front of the jsk can be removed. This means you can wear a different skirt underneath. I think it might be possible to make an ouji coord although I’m not very experience in that fashion.

Overall I love this dress! I love the little details and how it feels effortlessly cool.
