Amir Mohammad Zobeydi Born: January 18, 1998 Amir Mohammad Zobeydi is a sports scientist and researcher specializing in Exercise Physiology, driven by a profound passion for advancing human performance and health. He is a Master's graduate in Applied Exercise Physiology from the University of Tehran, where He graduated with an A+ GPA in November 2023. Amir Mohammad Zobeydi was the top-ranked candidate (Rank 1) in the national entrance exam for Master's programs and was admitted to the University of Tehran in 2021. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports Science from the University of Arak. In addition to his academic achievements, Amir Mohammad Zobeydi is a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, accredited by the Iran Olympic Academy, with coaching certifications in Strength Training, Physical Fitness, and Volleyball. He has served as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Keyhan Motor Central Volleyball Team, developing and supervising training programs that enhanced team performance. Furthermore, He brings firsthand experience as a professional volleyball player, which enriches his coaching and research work. Research interests: Clinical Exercise Physiology, Sports Nutrition and Supplements, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Sports Medicine, and Strength and Conditioning. Proud to share our latest research published in Scientific Reports Journal (IF: 3.9 / Q1) concerning combating the side effects of chemotherapy through Exercise and Curcumin Supplementation! Title: Mitigating Doxorubicin-Induced Hepatotoxicity in Male Rats: The Role of Aerobic Interval Training and Curcumin Supplementation in Reducing Oxidative Stress, Endoplasmic Reticulum Stress and Apoptosis 🎯 I’m proud to share that I, Amir Mohammad Zobeydi, was the first author and one of the corresponding authors of this study. 📘 Key Findings: Both interventions significantly reduced hepatic damage, oxidative stress, ER stress, and apoptosis in rats. However, despite curcumin’s promising effects, AIT proved even more effective in improving biomarkers and protecting hepatic tissue. This research was the result of a combined effort across three thesis projects, conducted by: Amir Mohammad Zobeydi Seyede Nasim Mousavi Namavar Maryam Sadeghi Shahdani Special thanks to Nasim Mousavi for her incredible efforts and support. Excited to share that my latest research article has been published! 📢

In this study, we investigated how high-intensity interval training (HIIT) prevents hepatic damage and fat accumulation caused by a high-fat diet. Our findings highlight the regulatory roles of miRNA-34a and miRNA-467b, as well as their target proteins, including SIRT1, PPAR-α, and LPL, in preventing nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) through exercise training.
