rant About Instagram Pinup pages

I'm so annoyed. Every time the pages I follow on Instagram for vintage inspiration say they love this cheap shop, I go online and find that a cheap dress to them means $100 dollars. That was the price of my prom dress. Like I don't know if my $50 dresses I buy on sale would even be fathomable to these pages. On top of that, all these pages are great for diversity for large sizes, going up to maybe 4x. But I'm tiny. I'm 5'1", and people always comment on how small I am- I have a 23" waist. I cannot find more than one cheap page with, you know, like okay dresses (Lindy Bop is the name, they're cheap for which I'm thankful) that has my size. I would have to alter everything I buy from the popular pages whose smallest size is a 2 unless they're selling leftovers of 0's. Even if i were to invest in one beautiful dress, it wouldn't fit right. My thrift shops don't really carry this stuff either, so hi-ho, hi-ho to the mall I go.
