if you talk to me a lot you’ll know the money sitch is bad, if you dont im telling you now: its bad. when me and rosie moved in together her benefits were revoked because of my income. she’s been in a couple of jobs since but nothing permanent. im a student and i dont really have the money to look after us both + my job is a zero hours contract
but! i am capable of doing the following things for a small fee
proofreading: ive done paid proofreading before for students and for academics seeking to publish work! i dont consider myself qualified to assess your work academically or anything like that but i have a keen eye for issues with spelling/grammar/flow/clarity, and im familiar with harvard style references. i’m a real good help if youre studying in the uk/needing to write in uk english for school but its not your first language, or if you just have a wee bit of bother with spelling/grammar/whatever. i charge £2.30 per 500 words!
CVs: i’m a CV WHIZZ. i will make your CV look so excellent. i’ve helped pals with CVs before and been told my help was more valuable than that given by people at job centres whose job was specifically to help job seekers with their CV. i’ll make the layout super nice and easy to read, pick out the skills you’ve alluded to and make them unmissable, make sure it reads well and is short enough, etc. etc. for £4!
